OVERVIEW

The course provides the basic knowledge of linear algebra, mathematical analysis and geometry necessary for the subsequent teaching of the course.

LEARNING OUTCOMES

The teaching provides notions related to:

• basic elements of linear algebra
• basic elements of geometry;
• properties of real and complex numbers;
• continuous and derivable functions.

PREREQUISITES

High school mathematics. In particular:  properties of real numbers, solving equations and inequalities, trigonometry.
