The course introduces students to the study of Roman history and its institutions, a fundamental moment for the development of the civilization in which we live.
The course aims to outline the history of the main institutions of the roman age.
At the end of the course, students will be able to learn about the main political institutions that marked Roman society.
Basic knowledge of Roman history is required.
The teaching activity takes place in the classroom.

The exam is oral and verifies the basic skills, specific knowledge of the program, as well as the student's presentation, critical analysis and organic argumentation skills.
The assessment of the knowledge acquired takes place orally.
All students who will attend the course are invited to subscribe to both Aulaweb and the Facebook group "Unige - courses Petraccia 2024/25". It is a closed group which can be accessed simply by indicating your own number of freshman.
