Class schedule The timetable for this course is available here: Portale EasyAcademy EXAMS EXAM DESCRIPTION The exam consists of an oral interview and takes place in person. It usually consists of three questions on topics covered in class (or on topics covered in the teaching material for non-attending students). Those who attend at least 2/3 of the lessons in person are given the opportunity to take the exam through a written test at the end of the course. The written test will be considered valid only until the last exam session in September of the academic year in which it was taken. After that date, the student will have to take the exam in oral form during the ordinary exam sessions. ASSESSMENT METHODS The exam (written or oral) aims to verify the acquisition, by the student component, of in-depth knowledge in relation to the topics covered by the teaching. The objective is to assess whether the student component has acquired the ability to describe, with correct legal language, the rules and institutions of diplomatic and consular law, understanding the role of national, European and international institutions in the conduct of diplomatic and consular relations and possibly being able to apply the notions learned to concrete examples. In particular, during the oral exam, you will be asked to illustrate the main notions learned during the course on certain topics and you will possibly be asked to critically comment on sentences and/or provisions examined during the course or that are part of the exam program. The evaluation of the exam also takes into account the presentation methods, including the use of appropriate legal terminology, as well as the ability to critically analyze and personally rework the topics covered.
