The course aims, on the one hand, to describe the main principles of law, the different juridical acts, the organization of public powers in Italy, the fundamental human rights, the relationships between Italian law and international law as well as European Union law. On the other hand, the course provides a critical analysis of principles, rules and current trends and concerns of European Union, international and Italian environmental law and natural risk management law.
