AIMS AND CONTENT LEARNING OUTCOMES Following an introduction to the most important issues of public law, the course intends to allow for institutional knowledge of the internal, community and international regulations relating to tourism and cultural goods, with insights on some of the topics of current interest. AIMS AND LEARNING OUTCOMES Knowledge of: - the general features of the state and regional regulations governing tourism; - the main tourism-related institutions and procedures; - the general features of the state and supranational regulations governing cultural heritage; - of the main institutions and procedures related to cultural heritage. PREREQUISITES No prerequisites are required. TEACHING METHODS Lectures with examination of legislation and main case law.
