OVERVIEW

The teaching unit consists of two modules (mod. 1 cod. 60902 Management strategico e decision making and mod. 2 cod.109154 Corporate governance e modelli di sviluppo)

AIMS AND CONTENT

LEARNING OUTCOMES

This integrated two-module course is focused on strategic management and corporate governance. In the strategic management part, the contents of business and corporate strategies will be deepened. A special attention will be given to the formulation, implementation, ex-ante, and ex-post evaluation of the strategy. In the corporate governance part, the focus will be the different corporate governance models around the world and the relationships between ownership and control. Particularly, the relations among corporate governance, financial markets and competitive advantage will be analysed.
