In the strategic management part, the contents of business and corporate strategies will be deepened. A special attention will be given to the formulation, implementation, ex-ante, and ex-post evaluation of the strategy. In the corporate governance part, the focus will be the different corporate governance models around the world and the relationships between ownership and control. Particularly, the relations among corporate governance, financial markets and competitive advantage will be analysed. PREREQUISITES Please refer to the information specified for the two modules.
