OVERVIEW

With the teaching of General Biology attention is paid to some basic notions such as the study of the structure and functions of cells and of the fundamental mechanisms of the transmission of genetic information, to understand the general principles on which life is based. In this way we want to lay the foundations for the subsequent understanding, in a molecular key, of the complex processes that underlie the life of cells and living beings.

The teaching aims to deepen the principal aspects of biological processes useful for understanding motor activities.

Applied Biology teaching must delve into the main aspects of the biological processes underlying the knowledge the student must possess for an optimal understanding of motor activities.
