AIMS AND CONTENT LEARNING OUTCOMES The teaching aims to develop skills related to the educational and socio-ethical aspects connected to physical and sports practice, in order to promote inclusion processes through the education and training of individuals in the design of physical and sports activities. AIMS AND LEARNING OUTCOMES TRAINING OBJECTIVES This teaching module, within the CI 'Behavioral Sciences and Techniques', aims to study the basic aspects of Applied Pedagogy, for a methodological approach to motor activities that is not only technical-motor, but also pedagogical. LEARNING OUTCOMES The course has the following main objectives: - the acquisition of founding knowledge regarding General Pedagogy and its objects of study. - the development of an autonomous critical-problematic processing capacity aimed at recognizing, understanding, interpreting, and addressing pedagogical problems, including those related to human health. - the achievement of the educational and relational skills necessary for the professional figure of the sports educator and the maturation of a greater awareness of his pedagogical role in society. PREREQUISITES Nothing. TEACHING METHODS The lessons are held in person and have a predominantly frontal nature. Group activities may be envisaged. Students with certification for Specific Learning Disabilities, disabilities, or other special educational needs are advised to contact both the departmental contact, Prof. Nicola Girtler, and the instructor at the beginning of classes to arrange teaching and exam methods that, while respecting the teaching objectives, take into account individual learning methods and provide suitable compensatory tools/dispensatives recognized by the University's DSA Student Service. SYLLABUS/CONTENT In examining the theoretical and practical dimensions connected with training, education and instruction, the course programme is mainly divided into the following contents: - the scientific structure of General Pedagogy; - the human being as the subject and recipient of pedagogical science; - care and clinical care in pedagogy; - deformation, miseducation and deeducation in relation to sport and health; - the relationship between training-educational-instructional processes and human health; - the trans-disciplinary connections that link pedagogical sciences with medical sciences and motor sciences; - the categories of pedagogical discourse in the sports educator profession; - motor and body training and education; - the emotional and socio-relational training and education involved in sports activities; - training and education in play and sport.
