It is an integral part of the theoretical module. AIMS AND CONTENT LEARNING OUTCOMES The teaching aims to deepen the teaching methodologies through practical technical activities, in the light of the theoretical knowledge related to artistic and rhythmic gymnastics. AIMS AND LEARNING OUTCOMES The teaching contributes to the achievement of the educational objectives of the Bachelor of Science in Sports and Sports Activities by providing the student with the knowledge and a good foundation of understanding the field of the subject. Propose diversified activities that develop the creative aspect to foster the ability to "problem solving" in different fields such as education/school and motor/sports. 20 hours of practical exercises: acquire the ability to set at an educational, rehabilitation and psychomotor level the pre-acrobatic to the free body and the use of large sports equipment, small equipment of rhythmic gymnastics. As learning outcomes at the end of the course, the student must: Be able to perform the basic elements proposed in the program, according to the principles of rhythmic gymnastics and artistic gymnastics, through the analysis of posture and modulation of muscle energy to achieve a conscious management of body segments. Knowing how to recognize and describe the technical contents that characterize the specific motor actions of the two modules. Know how to properly use the specific terminology of gymnastics. Be able to design and build learning paths differentiated according to age and working environment (school, pre-sport and sports...). Be able to apply the skills acquired in the course of technical-combinatorial sports study to design and build learning paths differentiated according to age and working environment (school, pre-sport and sports...). Knowing how to transfer and modify the skills characterizing gymnastics to structure, according to the principles of a varied and multilateral learning, specific skills of other sports. PREREQUISITES Theoretical knowledge acquired through lectures. TEACHING METHODS The lessons have a total duration of 20 hours. The method of administration of the course includes practical lectures in presence. SYLLABUS/CONTENT Artistic gymnastics female and male: PRACTICAL PROGRAMME 1) General and Specific Heating. 2) Working methodologies for improving flexibility, General and Special coordination. 3) Outline of training planning. 4) Basic elements to the Free Body of pre-acrobatic and acrobatic: rolling of the different directions, A.R.R., lateral overturning (wheel), lateral overturning (round), examples of evolutions in support (pre-reels). Static balance exercises. Joint mobility exercises. 5) Introduction to Choreography: artistic leaps (chassè, cat’s jump, straight forward, basel), pivot turns on one or two forefoots, links. 6) Basic exercises and first contact to all the tools of artistic and acrobatic gymnastics. Cavallina, jumps vault, basic use of ponds. Tools for balance. 7) Trampoline Elastic: jumps in extension with different attitude of the body, also with rotations A.L., study of the tilting of the body forward and backward, study of the jump turn forward, nods to the rotations of the body back. 8) The beam: Gait and basic work at the beam. Low beam inputs. Balance positions on a limb, kneeling, sitting, decubitus. Hops, turns, waves. Overturned rolled forward. Exits in extension, grouped, apart, horned, round. (female program). 9) Horse with handles: Translocations also on the horse, central, frontal and dorsal, under entrances and exits (male program). 9a) Parallel equals: (as an alternative to paragraph 9): Straight support bracket, thrusts upright, inverted forward humeral support, vertical reversed in suspension and humeral support, exit at lateral crossing. Rhythmic Gymnastics: PRACTICAL PROGRAMME Practical exercises free. Small tools: rope, circle, ball, clubs and tape. Introduction to small tools: handling, control and tightness. Teaching: different approaches with small tools. Technical elements of tools. Dexterity and body/tool skill. ASSESSMENT METHODS The evaluation of ATPs is based on the frequency and active participation. Participation in Practical Activities and Code of Conduct In the event of an injury, the student, in order to ensure active participation, is required to take notes during the lesson using only pen and paper. The report must be submitted at the end of the lesson for the instructor’s signature and may be collected at a later time. During practical lessons, for safety reasons and out of respect for the educational environment, all electronic devices must be turned off. FURTHER INFORMATION A minimum frequency of 70% of total ATP hours is required for the recognition of ATP CFUs. Active attendance at ATP is required for access to the ATP-associated theoretical teaching benefit exam.
