AIMS AND CONTENT

LEARNING OUTCOMES

The teaching aims to deepen the teaching methodologies through practical technical activities, in the light of the theoretical knowledge related to the disciplines of athletics.

AIMS AND LEARNING OUTCOMES

Know how to carry out training in the various athletics disciplines, starting from the warm-up phase up to the central technical phases for a school and youth audience.

TEACHING METHODS

Practical lessons are held on the Athletics Field; suitable clothing and footwear are required.

Active attendance at a minimum of 70% is mandatory.

Participation in Practical Activities and Rules of Conduct

In the event of an injury, students are required to take notes during class using only pen and paper to ensure active participation. The report must be submitted at the end of the lesson for the instructor to sign and may be collected later.

During practical lessons, for safety reasons and to respect the learning environment, all electronic devices must be turned off.

EXAM DESCRIPTION

There is no practical aptitude test.

Acquisition of credits is subject to:

- a minimum 70% attendance at the technical-practical activities;
- active and accurate participation in the proposed exercises.

ASSESSMENT METHODS

Assessment is conducted through ongoing observation of participation in practical activities and compliance with safety and behavior rules in the dojo.

The following will be considered:

active participation;

basic correct execution;
collaboration in pair and group activities;
compliance with instructions and safety rules.
