To appropriately use discipline‑specific terminology related to the anthropological, sociological, and geographical fields. 2. To master the theoretical and methodological concepts of anthropological‑ethnographic, sociological, and geographical approaches in the agri‑food context. 3. To critically evaluate knowledge and skills in order to interpret social, cultural, and territorial phenomena linked to the valorisation of agri‑food products. ASSESSMENT METHODS Questions are formulated in order to assess the degree of understanding of theoretical notions as well as the capacity of critical thinking using such information. Questions on theoretical notions will allow to assess the level of understanding. Questions that require elaboration and critical thinking will allow to assess the level of competence and autonomy of assessment developed by the student.
