AIMS AND CONTENT LEARNING OUTCOMES The educational objectives of the course are: to provide knowledge on the optimal conditions for the adaptation of the sports subject to the psychic impulses and needs that underlie sports performance; to deepen the main areas of study and intervention of psychology applied to organized work contexts (profit and non-profit) in the sports sector and in the field of physical and motor exercise; to evaluate the main analogies and differences between the world of work and the world of sport (work groups and sports teams). TEACHING METHODS Lectures and collective discussion. Any Student with documented Specific Learning Disorders (SLD), or with any special needs, should contact the Lecturer(s) and to the dedicated SLD Representative in the Department before class begins, in order to liaise and arrange the specific teaching methods so that the learning aims and outcomes may be met.
