Actually, from the 2020/21 Academic Year, Robotics Engineering introduces new courses, more geared towards Artificial Intelligence, but to be framed in the context of Robotics. In fact, robots are not just computer systems, but they are embodied computer system having to physically interact with humans and their environment. This poses a few constraints (but also challenges and opportunities) for the application of Artificial Intelligence techniques to Robotics.
New courses include Artificial Intelligence for Robotics 1 (first year, first semester), Artificial Intelligence for Robotics 2 (first year, second semester), Machine Learning for Robotics 1 (first year, second semester), and Machine Learning for Robotics 2 (second year, first semester).
Ancillary courses deal with Artificial Intelligence as well, and these include Virtual Reality for Robotics (second year, first semester), Ambient Intelligence (second year, first semester), and Computer Vision (first year, second semester).

Cognitive Science plays a major role in Robotics, and specifically whenever robots must interact with humans in a socially understandable and acceptable way.
Robotics Engineering captures novel trends in Robotics research, and from the 2020/21 Academic Year features two new courses, namely Linguistics and Philosophy of Language (second year, first semester) and Psychology of Perception and Action (second year, first semester), which adds up to the already existing Social Robotics (second year, first semester) and Human-Computer Interaction (first year, second semester).
