Overview

Aims of the course

The course is aimed at the training of a professional figure with specialised competences in the planning, management and
control of sanitisation processes in the civil, sanitary, productive and commercial fields.
At the end of the course the participants will be able to:
- analyse the reference organisational and regulatory context;
- design and plan sanitisation interventions coherent with technical standards and quality requirements;
- operationally coordinate cleaning and environmental hygiene services;
- implement management systems and performance monitoring;
- manage and valorise human resources dedicated to sanitisation processes

Admission requirements

A maximum number of 50 students are admitted to the course (the minimum number for activation is 20 students).
The course is aimed at:
- three-year or master's degree graduates of any degree class;
- upper secondary school graduates with at least one year's professional experience in the sector;
- professionals interested in acquiring managerial skills in the field of sanitation and facility management.
"Auditor" places are available for participants not meeting the above requirements up to a maximum of five
participants
