Committees and delegates

Course Council Coordinator

It deals with:

  • convokes and coordinates the commissions and those responsible for the various activities of the CoS and also communicates the results
  • .
  • convokes the Council, for which it handles relations with internal members
  • analyse the report of the School Joint Committee and bring the outcome of its review to the CCS
  • analysing all the questionnaires and verifying that the teaching forms are correctly filled in

  • organise initial preparation verification activities
  • .
  • evaluate teaching programmes and that they do not overlap
  • .
  • propose improvement initiatives to the school
  • organise orientation activities and those promoting the degree course
  • .
  • organise remedial activities for OFAs
  • reviews periodically the educational pathway and organises its delivery

Course of Study QA Committee

It deals with:

  • compiling and updating the Annual Single Form (SUA-CdS) and the Annual Monitoring Form (SMA)
  • .
  • edit the Cyclic Review Report (RCR) and monitor the progress of the proposed improvement activities
  • .
  • analyse didactic evaluation questionnaires, Almalaurea questionnaires, School Joint Commission reports
  • monitor reports and requests from students, lecturers and technical-administrative staff

  • identify training demand and training objectives
  • develop the training pathway

Teaching Commission

It deals with:

  • verify teaching facilities and student services
  • .
  • verify, with the CoS, the CFUs in relation to the teaching load and the progression through the semesters
  • revise, with the Institutes of Study, the admission requirements and the procedures for mid-term and final examinations
  • check, with the Boards, the information in the teaching schedules
  • .
  • check the courses offered by the degree establishments
  • .
  • verify the teaching coverage proposals received from the BoDs
  • verify the proposals to modify the study plans
  • propose to the individual BoDs initiatives for the enrichment of student training also through soft skills

Steering Committee

It deals with:

  • expressing the needs coming from society and the world of work and culture
  • providing an opinion between the coherence of the study pathway and specific training activities with the demand for training
  • design initiatives for the training offer
  • strengthen the link between universities and companies operating in the area
  • fostering the entry of graduates into the world of work, also through the identification of the skills required (e.g. soft skills)
  • express the needs coming from society and the world of work and culture
  • provide an opinion between the coherence of the study path and specific training activities with the demand for training
  • verify the updating of the professional outlets of the degree course

Guidance and mentoring committee

It deals with:

  • organising orientation activities with schools and alternation school/work

International Relations Commission

It deals with:

  • promoting and coordinating outgoing and incoming student mobility through the Erasmus+ programme or other international programmes
  • promote the internationalisation of the School through outgoing promotional activities and faculty mobility

It is dedicated to accompanying students and graduates to the world of work.

Commission for the verification of initial preparation

It deals with:

  • analysing and updating the methods and contents of access tests
  • organising the admission tests establishing the timetable, correcting the tests taken, publishing the results

Responsible for monitoring student careers

  • monitoring student careers
  • identifying critical issues and proposing possible improvement measures to the CSO

Responsible for verifying access requirements

  • analysing course admissions documentation
  • identifying the correlation with the preparation in possession and the requirements of the teaching regulations
  • identify the educational debts and indicate the disciplines useful for their recovery
  • submit resolutions to the CCS for ratification

Responsible for internships, traineeships and job orientation

It deals with:

  • promoting, collecting and managing, proposals for internship/internship activities
  • organise the collection of questionnaires and opinions of the institutions where internships/internships have been carried out
  • organise activities to promote orientation to the world of work

Website manager

It deals with:

  • updating and verifying information on the study course website
