The degree program offers advanced training in the budgeting and accounting of both private and public companies, auditing, management control, analysis and planning of corporate financing, and knowledge of the lending function of banks.
You will also learn how to carry out business valuations, manage the design and implementation of extraordinary corporate transactions, manage business crises and turnarounds, and determine corporate taxable income. All supported by the necessary legal and quantitative insights.

During the course you will develop project work, attend in-depth operational workshops on the topics covered and on business and accounting software. You will be able to carry out company internships - also in agreement with the Chamber of Commerce - and professional internships - in agreement with the Order of Chartered Accountants.

After graduation you will be able to pursue careers as a Chief financial officer - CFO or administrative manager in private and public companies, bank branch manager or corporate client manager in banks and financial intermediaries. You will be able to engage in corporate auditing and management consulting. You will also be able to enter the professions of chartered accountant and accounting expert, financial analyst and labour consultant.

The Master's Degree Course in Administration Finance and Control provides advanced training in the areas of financial statements, auditing and internal control, management control, corporate crisis management and extraordinary finance operations - M&A.

In particular, the course provides the skills useful for:

• draw up and interpret the different types of balance sheets
• represent economic-business data appropriately to facilitate their interpretation and support strategic-operational decisions
• critically interpret the content of financial statements, identifying possible policies to manipulate results
• recognise and manage fully certain key moments in the life of the company, such as crises, restructuring and reorganisation, including through extraordinary operations
• manage and define the strategies of financial intermediaries

The multi-disciplinary structure of the course allows for an in-depth study of the topics mentioned from a business perspective and supports this approach with the appropriate quantitative insights and the necessary legal references in the commercial, tax and labour law spheres.
