Reports and complaints

Your opinion is very important to us because it enables us to improve the quality of training activities, teaching structure and services.

If you would like to report:

  • observations on teaching and student services
  • problems to be reported to the governing bodies of your course

you can do so by following the complaints reporting procedure.

How to submit the report

For operational problems of an administrative nature, write or phone the Student Desk 

You can also contact:

  • to the Course Coordinator
  • to the Teaching Contact Person
  • .
  • to the Director of the Department, in the most serious cases

If, on the other hand, you would prefer to speak to a student who will be the spokesperson for your concerns, you can contact the representatives on the Study Course Council/p>.

If you would like to report/complain in writing, you can use this form and send it by e-mail to the office/person you would like to address, taking care to include the word "report" or "complaint", as the case may be, in the subject line of the e-mail.
