LEARNING OUTCOMES

The module aims to guide the student to recognize how the institutional structure of ancient Rome in the various phases of its transformations can be reconstructed through the use of the documentary sources such as laws, senatusconsulta, acts of magistrates, constitutiones principum, texts of arbitrations and international treaties.
