At the end of the course, the student: - - will have acquired knowledge about the specifics of intermediality between literature and other artistic forms; - will have mastered the tools of literary study; - will be able to recognize the scientific limits and difficulties of literary history; - will be able to recognize the different linguistic ancd cultural specificities present in literary texts; - will be able to analyze and interpret theoretical and narrative texts; - will be able to elaborate short texts of presentation of narrative works for a non-specific readership; - will know how to present the contents and specific features of a narrative text for a non-specific readership, placing it in the cultural and historical context of origin; - will know how to plan the display of advertising material relating to the literary text in a professional publishing context.
The course aims to contribute to the achievement of the following Sustainable Development Goals of the UN 2030 Agenda:

The following modes will be used during the course: Flipped classrom, Task based learning, Cooperative learning and Collective reading. Group and individual work will be offered to students. The frequency will be monitored.
Littérature et Intermédialité: roman, cinéma et bande dessinée
The course aims to approach the study of literature through the prism of intermediality and remediation, i.e. the passage of works from one medium to another. Some examples of intermedial transposition - from novel to film, to comic strip - of works that have become classics of contemporary French literature will be examined, as well as some examples of contemporary intermedial creation: novels that narrate films or are inspired by film aesthetics, hybridised writing projects.

The syllabus is unique: all lectures will be recorded and all teaching materials will be made available to all students, so it is not deemed appropriate to distinguish the syllabus between frequent and non-attending students.

FRENCHE LITERATURE AND CULTURE MOD.1
The course includes an ongoing evaluation and a final interview.
The course includes an on going evaluation of the learners' productions of three exercises in group mode and one individual, and the preparation of a portfolio that will trace the learning path of each learner. Each of these activities aims to develop the learners' knowledge and skills and will be assessed individually, forming the basis for the final grade, which will be derived from the results of the in-class activities, an assessment of commitment and assiduity to the lessons and a final interview in which the learners will illustrate their portfolio highlighting the knowledge and skills acquired.
Students with a certified DSA, disability or other special educational needs are advised to contact the lecturer at the beginning of the course in order to agree on teaching and examination methods that, while respecting the teaching objectives, take into account individual learning methods and provide suitable compensatory tools.
