The main objective of the course is to present how digital technologies impact communication in the current Digital Era. The course is organized in 2 units, and aims to provide the cognitive tools, the methodological competencies and the operational skills necessary to consciously use Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in the 21st century: through practical activities and scientific reflection, the course faces the evolution of man-machine interfaces, operating systems, computer networks, digital media, web technologies, up to immersive systems in extended reality.
The course aims at presenting mehods and technologies, to manage data and information effectively, to benefit from them in any application.
Having successfully passed the course "Technologies and Languages for Digital Humanities" (code 90597).
