SYLLABUS/CONTENT

Course provides competences on

  • Project Management (Integration Management, Scope Management, SOW, WBS, PDM, PERT, CPM, GANTT, GERT, CPI, SPI, etc)
  • Construction and Engineering Context
  • Resource Management (Time Management, Cost Management, Human Resources, etc)
  • Risk Management
  • Team Working
  • Problem Solving

The Course is based on Blended Education, Lectures & Exercises as well as Case study, experiences and Role Play Games individual and in teams. The whole Course and educational material is available in English or Italian, and lectures are provided in the languages on basis of the student demand and audience .
