AIMS AND CONTENT

LEARNING OUTCOMES

To let students be able to use CAD and CAE tools for the analysis and design of mechanical systems. Applications to the design of parts and mechanical systems To let students be able to use CAD and multibody tools for the analysis of mechanical systems. This module aims at providing an organic view of the most advanced methods for modeling of mechanical systems, illustrating the theoretical and practical aspects necessary for a correct use of multibody software.

TEACHING METHODS

The course will consist mainly of lectures and applications of learned concepts to the solution of practical mechanical problems.
