The course on Business Management aims to provide the basic concepts on firms' business and management. Attention is devoted to the formalization of the concepts and methodologies for organization design, for the management of business decision-making and to business administration and accounting.

The course on Business Management provides the basics elements on management and operations in firms. Attention is devoted to formalize concepts and methodologies for organization design, management decision-making, business and industrial accountings. Students are expected to acquire skills and know-how on the economics and managerial processes and mechanisms that characterize the life of firms and corporates as well as to properly deal with their business structures.
