The course provides a strategic and operational analysis of operations.
The course aims to define operations management, focusing on the main strategic decisions, including the outsourcing decision and its main implications.
The course analyses the main decisions with reference to operations management, specifing the difference of strategic and operationals decisions and of the relative implications.
Traditional lectures are integrated with case studies and seminars (in Italian).
