The course intends to provide conceptual and operational instruments, starting from the identity of deviance and marginality pedagogy, observing the main connections with general pedagogy and didacticts, analysing rising problems in the contemporary society which put one at risk for social exclusion and deviant behaviour, and developing consistent theorys of intervention.
Starting from the analysis of the needs of the territory and the contemporary problems that predispose to marginality and deviance, are considered to outline the contours of deviance pedagogy in connection with the pedagogical-educational disciplines. This also in view of planning for prevention and education.
Ability to realize one or more essays related to the subject and display it to the coursemates.
The course will be dispensed by lessons (with assistance of slides and video clips) and spaced out by teacher inspired reflections during discussions with students about each topic. Summary and supplementary documents will be provided on aulaweb.
Basis of deviance pedagogy, with specific bearing to problems of adolescence and youth, to educational spaces, also outside school,, and to the promotion of teaching legality and responsability. These last aspects will be tutored in the media approach context as well.

PEDAGOGY OF DEVIANCE
Oral ( those Who are unable to attend will integrate with an essay ).
It will be verified that students had learnt appropriate knowledges and an efficient comprension ability for different situation of psychological problems at the risk of deviance and that they nare now capable of apply the assimilated knowledges to solve problems relative to psichological distress and deviance in every different professional situation as well. Particularly, students must be able to prefigure to themself the planning for re-education at every level. Students will have to be familiar with technical terms of the discipline to communicate clearly and wihout any ambiguity with specialist and not-specialist interlocutors. In the end students must have developed appropriate learning abilities to keep examine in depht the main themes of the discipline, especially in the working context where they will have to operate.
