The course analyses the connections between law and new media
The course is divided in two parts. The general part will examine basic law notions: sources of law, public bodies, human rights among them freedom of communication, freedom of thought, right to privacy. The special part will analyse juridical problems connected to the new media, in particular Internet.

digital document and digital signature

The examination will take place in verbal form: three questions about the different subjects of the course. For students who have attended the course, one question is chosen by the student.
The assessment will check that students have understood the implications between law and new media and learnt tecnical juridical language.
Before the examination students must check on Aulaweb possible changements about day and hour of the exam.
