AIMS AND CONTENT

LEARNING OUTCOMES

The course's main objective: to train people who can efficiently and effectively oversee the processes, methodologies and operational mechanisms of management control in companies that carry out activities trasportistica. In particular, the objectives of the course are:

     provide a preparation that enables an integrated view of the issues of the budget and management control in the light of the many features that characterize the transport sector and in particular that of the transport by sea;
     develop the skills and expertise needed in administration to dialogue with the different functional areas;

develop skills through educational activities that encourage student teacher interaction, student interaction between them and the interaction between students and professionals
