The course aims at offering notions about contract law with particular attention to new models of business contracts and to the status of contractors. The course gives knowledge and conceptual tools to understand traditional and new contractual models in the business world. The goal is to let students to be able to evaluate the contractual alternatives in different contexts. The course is organized in three parts: I) B-to-B and B-to-C contracts; II) Types of contracts and their applications; III) Business networks contracts and fiduciary contracts. 9 ECTS refer to the whole three parts (I, II, III); 6 ECTS refer to part I and part II.
