AIMS AND CONTENT LEARNING OUTCOMES The Course brings to the knowledge of the most important contractual texts used in the shipping field in order to consider and evaluate the present specific trends of the maritime world. LEARNING OUTCOMES (FURTHER INFO) The Course brings also to the discussion of the main forms used in the maritime world for the purpose of anysing their details in a critical way. TEACHING METHODS Traditional lessons, direct study and comments of maritime contracts and discussions with maritime brokers.
