Course description
The course will provide the concepts, frameworks and techniques useful in order to analyze and implement the strategic decisions. In particular, the focus of the course are the corporate strategy and the corporate governance.
The aim of the course is to provide the students with detailed knowledge about strategic management and corporate governance. Specific topics will be:
Value creation
Business strategies and corporate strategies
Strategy implementation
Methods for the evaluation of the strategy
Corporate governance issues (relationships between ownership and management)
Characteristics of the national systems of governance
Lectures, case studies and seminars.
