AIMS AND CONTENT LEARNING OUTCOMES The course aims at giving the students a profound introduction into several aspects of transport law (infrastructures, access to transport services, transport contracts), improving their ability to understand the general system of theinternational and European Union transport law and its implications on national legislation. TEACHING METHODS The course consists in 72 hours of frontal lessons. Class attendance is recommended.
