TEACHING METHODS Lectures: theoretical lessons (three hours in a week) and classroom resolution of exercises (two hours in a week). SYLLABUS/CONTENT Complex numbers: algebraic, trigonometric and exponential form. Algebraic equations: fundamental theorem of algebra, factorization of real and complex polynomials. Matrices and linear systems: algebra of matrices, determinants, Gaussian elimination. Vector and Euclidean spaces: linear dependence, bases and dimension. The diagonal form of a real matrix.
