EXAMS

EXAM DESCRIPTION

A written test on  tecnical skills. This is a prerequisite for an oral exam concerning theoretical issues.

ASSESSMENT METHODS

The written test consists of some exercises on maxima and minima with constraint, vector fields, Fourier series, functions of complex variables.

The objective of the spoken exam is to verify the student's knowledge about: Applications of vector functions, basic theorems on vector fields, Fourier series and their convergence, Analytic functions and integrals in the complex plane, Fourier transforms.
