The course is about business law and company law
The purpose of the course is to give the students a full picture of the regulation of the entrepreneur who runs the business either alone as well as through enterprises, letting further detailed analysis to other specialized courses available in the Department

First part:

La società per azioni. Le azioni. Le partecipazioni rilevanti. I gruppi di società. L’assemblea. L'amministrazione. I controlli. Il bilancio. Le modificazioni dello statuto. Le obbligazioni. Lo scioglimento delle società di capitali. La società in accomandita per azioni. La società a responsabilità illimitata. Le società cooperative. Trasformazione. Fusione. Scissione.
