Psychology of language, or psycholinguistics, is the study of the cognitive and neurobiological processes involved in the acquisition, comprehension and production of verbal language. The course of Psychology of Language has the purpose of introducing the main current theories on th verbal language production and comprehension in oral and written communication, on the neural bases of language and on the specific language impairments (SLI).
