Transport Law analyzes the International, European and Italian legislation that regulates the access to transport services, the related infrastructures and the main contracts in the transport sector with reference to their implications in the economic activities.
The course aims at giving the students a profound introduction into several aspects of transport law (infrastructures, access to transport services, transport contracts), improving their ability to understand the general system of theinternational and European Union transport law and its implications on national legislation.
The course consists in 72 hours of frontal lessons. Class attendance is recommended.

The written exam consists of at least three open-ended questions on the topics covered by the program of the Course.
