Enlightement is the century that put in the foreground not only reason, but also the revelation and the scandal of evil, that are investigated with the hermeneutical guide of the critical phylosophy, It was maily Wilhelm Dilthey to stress the way Enlightement introduces for the first time a great scientific vision in wich the historical nature of religion and art can be brought out and considered manifestation of a relation of trascendental consciouness founded an human nature.
The Enlightement is a distinct intellectual movement of the 18th century, dedicated to the better understanding, and therefore the practical advancement, of the human condition on this earth. From the beginning it was associated with phylosophy and the philosophical ideas of Enlightement were identified with the modern.

The world was created according to man's moral needs.
