Transport Law analysis the International, European and Italian legislation that regulates the access to transport services, the related infrastructures and the main contracts in the transport sector with reference to their implications in the economic activities.
The course aims at giving the students a profound introduction into several aspects of transport law (infrastructures, access to transport services, transport contracts), improving their ability to understand the general system of the international and European Union transport law and its implications on national legislation.
At the end of the Course, students should have to acquire knowledge and understanding of the basic principles of Transport Law and should be able to elaborate their knowledge and understanding. In particular, they should be able to read critically the normative texts and draw their conclusions. In addition, students should be able to communicate their knowledge and conclusions.

The course consists in 72 hours of frontal lessons. Class attendance is recommended.

The exam aims to verify students’ learning skills, knowledge and understanding of the basic principles of Transport Law, critical reading of normative texts, ability to draw their own conclusions and communication skills.
Recommendations: Students are requested to register to Aulaweb to gain access to the classroom materials and other information.
Limits: Examinations can be repeated without limits.
