The course aims to provide basic and progressively more in-depth knowledge of obligations and contracts.
At the end of the course the student will acquire sufficient knowledge to allow a critical analysis of the civil code discipline.
The propaedeuticity laid down in the study manifesto and the teaching regulations must be respected.

Vincenzo Roppo, Diritto Privato. Estratto, Turin, Giappichelli, last edition (this is the reduced edition compared to the larger text book adopted in law courses)
