Food, body and psyche
At the end of the course, the student will be able:
1. to define clinical psychology, its main theoretical models and types of intervention
2. to know and understand childhood, adolescent and adult eating disorders through a psychodynamic perspective
3. to analyze and understand recent scientific literature on food and psyche
4. to know the main measures for screening problematic eating behaviors and apply them in right contexts and with appropriate objectives

- Oral exam, if the course is remote
- Written exam (8 multiple choice questions, 2 open answer questions to be solved in 30 minutes), if the course is present
The written exam will include eight multiple-choice questions and two open-ended questions regarding the texts and topics covered in class.
The student must demonstrate both having acquired the contents of the course in an active and correct way, and of being able to communicate the information learned during the course using appropriate terminology.
The reception will take place, after communication via email, via Skype, via Teams, on Tuesdays from 10 to 12.
When DISFOR opens again, student reception it will take place in the teacher's office, on the fourth floor of DISFOR.
