Different skills are integrated to build and analyze mathematical models representing actual systems, in order to understand, foresee and control their behaviour. AIMS AND CONTENT LEARNING OUTCOMES The course aim to the modelling and understanding the behaviour of dynamic systems. Both time domain and tranfer matrices methods will be used for linear and stationary systems, either for continuous time and for discrete time cases. Some on nonlinear systems will be said at the end of the course. AIMS AND LEARNING OUTCOMES The course aims to provide the students the necessay methods to build mathematica models fo dynamic systems. On the basis of such tools, the analysis and control of the considered systems will be carried out. Atthe end of the course, the student will be able to model and analyze in different situations 'real systems' and determine if and how the behaviour of such systems can be controlle din presence of different external stimuli. PREREQUISITES Calculus, Algebra, Elements of geometry in the space. Basic skills of physics, electricity.
