The course analyses the operations management, with specific reference to operations strategy, planning, and control.

AIMS AND LEARNING OUTCOMES

The course main object consists in the analysis of operations management, under the points of view of strategic and operational decisions.

At the and of the course,students should be able to recognize and/ or use the main strategic analysis tools, with a special attention to operations management, and to solve basic case studies.

TEACHING METHODS

Traditional lectures.

Foreign students are free to attend the course (in Italian).

Foreign students are free to study on Italian or English textbooks. In the latter case, they are invited to contact the professor before the exam.
