The teaching deals with the study of the Italian Constitution and fundamental principles of Administrative Law.
The learning outcomes are the knowledge of Italian Constitutional Law and fundamental principles of Italian Administrative Law.
The main learning outcomes of the Public Law course is to provide a thorough knowledge of Italian Constitutional Law and fundamental principles of Administrative Law.
The teaching provides the basic skills for the study of other legal subjects taught in the three-year degree Course in Administration and Political Sciences.
It is also linked to non-legal teachings of the Course (see especially those taught in the first year such as History of Political Doctrines, Sociology and Contemporary History), contributing to the interdisciplinary education of students.
At the end of the teaching students will be able:

At the end of the lessons (April/May 2021) a tutor of Public Law will be available to students for extra-lessons and pre-exam tests.

Public law (9 CFU) for Administration and Political Sciences students includes the study of the following topics:

3) Students who do not have a good knowledge of the Italian language (Erasmus and other foreigners non-Italian native speakers who have not carried out any education cycle in Italy) will prepare the exam on the book

All programs require a careful reading of the Italian Constitution (it can be downloaded from the site www.quirinale.it).
Ricevimento: Ricevimento: Students can talk with the professor every Tuesday from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. (an appointment by email is recommended) at DISPO, Albergo dei Poveri (Piazzale E. Brignole 3a), Central Tower, floor 3B, room 70. If necessary, meetings with students can be arranged in days and times different from those indicated above. During class-scheduled time (second semester) it is always possible to talk to the professor at the end of the lessons. Due to COVID-19 Emergency meetings with students take place through the online platform team. It could be used also in case of weather alert for lessons and/or exams.

Lessons will start in the second semester (see the time schedule and first lesson's date on DISPO website and on Aulaweb).
Due to COVID-19 Emergency the exam is now ORAL through the platform TEAM.
Once the COVID-19 Emergency is over, the WRITTEN exam will be restored (the exam is going to remain ORAL only for foreigner students).
Exams' dates and enrollement procedures remain unchanged.

The Examining Board is made up of the Professor of the teaching together with Public Law scholars approved by the Department Council.
The Examining Board will evaluate the consistency and completeness of the answers, the correct use of legal language and the ability to make connections among different topics of Public Law.
Frequency and the active participation during the lessons will be evaluated.
Students must enroll before the exam.
