The course of European Private Law is divided in two parts. The first part deals with EU consumer law and policy. The second part deals with the private enforcement of EU competition law. Both parts focuses both on substantial and procedural issues (in particular with respect to injunctive and compensatory collective redress mechanisms).
The course aims to introduce students to the study of the area of the Italian private law that have been the subject of unification or harmonization by European Union law .
