In particular, the focus of the course are the corporate strategy and the corporate governance. The concept of value creation; The concept of corporate strategy; The role of resources and competencies; The fundamentals of strategy implementation: mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and strategic alliances; The strategic process. AIMS AND CONTENT LEARNING OUTCOMES Topics of the course are the global manager’s environment, global strategies, multicultural management, cross-cultural negotiation and decision making.
