The course deals with methodologies for optimization and control of dynamical systems
The course provides the main modelling and methodological tools to state and solve optimization and control problems for the management and industry engineering context. At the end of the course, the students will be able to determine the control strategies for a large class of problems and to implement these strategies with specific software.
At the end of the course, the student will be able:
The main prerequisites are related to Systems Theory and Operations Research
Lessons and team working activities with specific software
Ricevimento: The professor is available to receive students with a specific appointment arranged via email
SILVIA SIRI (President)
CECILIA CATERINA PASQUALE
SIMONA SACONE (President Substitute)
The exam is oral and consists in the presentation of a project implemented with specific software and in some open-ended questions on the contents of the course
During the exam, the ability of the student to apply optimization and control methods to dynamic systems will be assessed
