The course is based on the following learning path: from the critical analysis of the current dynamics of innovation to the understanding of the opportunities for technological innovation and emerging research, passing through the management and optimization of the organizational processes aiming not only at generating economic value, but also at providing a positive impact on society and the environment.
The course goal is twofold. The first is to provide the student with the theoretical and methodological tools to understand the economic principles underlying the organizational decisions concerning innovation investments and their impact on the related markets. The second is to provide the student with the strategic and managerial knowledge leading technological innovation processes and ecosystems.
