The design of educational interventions is a key competence of a future professional educator. Learning to design allows you to intervene in different contexts (nursery, educational communities) to prevent any fragility and to contribute to improving the quality of life of girls and boys, boys and girls. Planning, in the educational field, is not just technical but a vision of the world and of interpersonal relationships.
The objectives of the course are: to provide theoretical and methodological indications regarding the planning within educational services, for groups (educational units) and for individuals (individualized educational project). In particular, starting from the analysis of the context-problem-need relationship, specific design models will be explored for educational communities for minors and services for early childhood (0-3 years).
Training objectives:
. know the main design models
. knowing how to use the main design models in relation to the reference contexts/services (0-3 year range; minors area)
. adapt the planning of educational activities to the service project (0-3 year range; minors area)
. define objectives, times, activities of an educational project/intervention (0-3 year range; minors area)
. define a monitoring and evaluation plan for an educational project/intervention (0-3 year range; minors area).
Prerequisites for the “Didattica generale” exam
Lectures, presentation and discussion of projects, testimonies from experts, working groups are expected.

DESIGN AND EDUCATIONAL EVALUATION
The exam is written. The questions will mainly be closed-ended and open-ended. Some questions may be argumentative.
It will be possible, for those who attend at least 65% of the lessons, to test part of the study program before the summer session.

Students with DSA, disability or other special educational needs are recommended to contact the professor at the beginning of the course to agree on teaching and exam methods which, according to the course’s objectives, take into account the modalities individual learning and provide suitable compensatory tools.
