This course aims to present the fundamentals of information technology by providing information and cognitive tools on the set of methodological and operational skills necessary for the future doctor to be able to use ICT in a conscious way in the 21st century.
The quizzes associated with the teaching units of the course will help the student to understand if he has reached an adequate preparation to take the final exam.
Any Student with documented Specific Learning Disorders (SLD), or with any special needs, shall reach out to the Lecturer(s) and to the dedicated SLD Representative in the Department before class begins, in order to liase and arrange the specific teaching methods and ensure proper achievement of the learning aims and outcomes.
The course is divided into several teaching units, containing video lessons, self-assessment tests and exercises that aim to reinforce the key concepts by reflecting on the contents covered during lectures. The structure of the modules is as follows:

On the basis of the self-assessment quizzes made available during the course, the student will be able to understand if she/he has reached an adequate preparation to take the final written exam.
