The course is divided into two modules. The Aeronautical Propulsion module focuses on the analysis of aircraft requirements during different flight phases and on the study of the different types of aeroengines.The Aeroengines module provides students the basic rules for the preliminary design of the different aero-engine components, in order to satisfy the required thrust, and the thermodynamic constrains imposed by the cycle analysis.
